Ms. Y.S. Cheng is the operation director of Trillion Profit Development Group. She was Leasing Manager of Wharf China Estates Limited. She spent 4 years at Wharf and was involved in commercial property operations, marketing and leasing. She worked on the real estate portfolios in both the mainland and Hong Kong. She played a key role in launching new conglomerate projects with a focus on mainland real estates and stationed in Chengdu, Sichuan since 2016 to take charge of the leasing management of the company’snew project there. She successfully developed and expanded the client base for the company including Fortune 500 corporations and Consulates.
Prior to joining Wharf, Ms. Cheng also worked for Hopewell Holdings Limited for years, with a key focus on Sino-Hong Kong joint venture infrastructure projects. She was responsible for evaluating and executing business and management strategies and meanwhile acted as Assistant to Deputy Managing Director in corporate services and financing exercises.
Ms. Cheng holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
