Mr. D.S.Yung is the executive director of Trillion Profit Development Group, and as a member of the board of directors. Prior to this appointment, he was the Investment & Finance Manager of a listed developer – Asia Standard International Group Limited, where he headed the department that managed direct and indirect investments in global real estates, including Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and North America. He establishes and maintains strong relationships with governments, local authorities, property agencies, funds, property owners and tenants. Before joining Asia Standard, Dicksun engaged in construction business and banking industry where he was responsible for financial and covenant structuring, credit evaluation, construction budget and program, contractual negotiation, and relationship building.
Mr. D.S.Yung is a part of high-level think tank of PRC Central Government, a formal member of the Chinese Academy of Governance Association, an Eminent Young Overseas Chinese 2015, the Real Estate & Infrastructure Committee and the China Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC). He is also a council delegate for the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), the Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce (HKCCC), the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter (CRECCHKI), and the Hong Kong Real Property Federation (HKRPF).
Mr. D.S.Yung holds a Master degree in Real Estate Investment from the CASS Business School (U.K.), a Bachelor of Economics & Finance from the University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Program in Financial Engineering from Stanford University (U.S.), and a Professional Diploma in Construction Project Management from HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education; he was the top of the class in an International Business Program from Harvard University (U.S.). He is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), and a council delegate of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (MHKSI®).
Mr. C.F. Yung is the senior board advisor of Trillion Profit Development Group. Mr. Yung is also an independent non-executive director of New Times Energy Corporation Limited. Mr. Yung has been engaged in finance and banking businesses for over 26 years . He was the chief executive officer of Landbridge Holdings Limited, the deputy chief executive officer of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited and an executive director, deputy general manager and alternate chief executive officer of Industrial & Commercial International Capital Limited (currently known as “ICBC International Holdings Limited”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Limited.
Mr. Yung is a member of the Institute of Management and a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of East Asia, Macau.
Mr. Zhang Wei is the independent finance advisor of Trillion Profit Development Group. He was a Finance Manager at CMC Capital Partners, a private equity fund in China. Before that, Mr. Zhang was an Audit Manager at KPMG HK focusing on audits of financial institutions which allows him to obtain extensive knowledge on financial, operational and compliance related matters. Mr. Zhang returned to Hong Kong after three years at Deloitte’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Zhang graduated with Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a double major degree in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Zhang is also a U.S. CPA.
Ms. Y.S. Cheng is the operation director of Trillion Profit Development Group. She was Leasing Manager of Wharf China Estates Limited. She spent 4 years at Wharf and was involved in commercial property operations, marketing and leasing. She worked on the real estate portfolios in both the mainland and Hong Kong. She played a key role in launching new conglomerate projects with a focus on mainland real estates and stationed in Chengdu, Sichuan since 2016 to take charge of the leasing management of the company’snew project there. She successfully developed and expanded the client base for the company including Fortune 500 corporations and Consulates.
Prior to joining Wharf, Ms. Cheng also worked for Hopewell Holdings Limited for years, with a key focus on Sino-Hong Kong joint venture infrastructure projects. She was responsible for evaluating and executing business and management strategies and meanwhile acted as Assistant to Deputy Managing Director in corporate services and financing exercises.
Ms. Cheng holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
